The Officer Tatum Turns Tables on Antifa Militia at UC Davis Event

It’s not only Jewish students that are at risk on our nation’s university and college campuses from the demonic forces of Hamas supporters. The neo-Marxist/Fascists, like Antifa, have also targeted conservatives for decades now.
According to Jennifer Kabbany at The College Fix, “A group of nearly 30 masked protesters at UC Davis on Wednesday descended on a conservative student group’s large debate tent on the quad, surrounded it, grabbed and commandeered it, and dragged it away as observers voiced opposition, and several police officers watched, videos posted to social media show.
“The activist were dressed in all black and held a large banner with the words ‘ACAB,’ which stands for all cops are bastards.”
The Antifa militia attacked Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA (TPUSA) supporters at the “tabling” information event. Ironically, and the apparent reason for the attack was the guest speaker, a former Tucson police officer (and a friend and former boss at The Officer Tatum), Brandon Tatum, who was scheduled to speak that afternoon.

In an explicit act of violence, an Antifa militia member reportedly stole a TPUSA supporter’s sign and then struck her over the head with it. Several other assaults and attempted thefts of an iPad and laptop were also reported. TPUSA posted that “police did nothing.” Sadly, it appears that’s what the campus administration ordered them to do.
I wonder how hands off the admin would have wanted the police to be if it was conservatives attacking “pro-choice” or “Trans Rights” supporters? Oh, wait. We’ll never know because conservatives don’t attack free speech even of people they don’t agree with or conduct riots.
Journalist Andy Ngo, multi-time victim of serious Antifa violence, posted on X, “This is an organized group of violent Antifa members. They wore the uniforms, shouted the chants and carried out acts of organized violent criminality in daylight in front of @UCDavisPolice. I’ve seen and experienced this many times.” No offense to Andy, who is brave as hell, but he’s no Brandon Tatum.
The conservative headliner and former cop did more than just watch. Standing among some campus police officers, as the Antifa militia advanced, Tatum wasn’t about to retreat. Instead, he moved toward one of the more aggressive masked militia members, and the former college football player turned the dreg into a blocking sled.
The Officer Tatum moved forward dynamically and “gently shoved” the Antifa vermin off his bike. Watch the video closely. You’ll noticed that from the moment Tatum acted, Antifa stopped surging forward and began retreating. This is how important taking decisive action is when it’s warranted, and it’s warranted when you, your friends, and your rights are under attack.
After Tatum shoved that black clad, masked Antifa militiaman off his bike, the thugs continued to move back as Tatum and some campus police officers moved forward toward the crowd. The Antifa cowards committed more property damage as they retreated, but following Tatum’s literal pushback on this illegal attack on the First Amendment, the Antifa Militia kept moving backward, not forward.
I will always give the cops the benefit of the doubt. At first, I wondered if it was a staffing issue. But then I received credible information that the campus administration had ordered officers not to respond to the Antifa rioters physically. Last I heard, they’d still made no arrests but are “investigating.”
Sadly, that is not surprising. There have been myriad examples of leftist college and university administrators across the nation who have failed or refused to act against the thugs attacking students and student groups with whom they disagree.
Why was I so excited about Tatum taking the action he did? Because he did something about it. We often hear complaints about people not doing anything when these violations occur against conservatives. They just whine and wait for someone else to do something.
In this case, it took this former cop following his instincts toward justice. He did what those other “active duty” cops should have been doing but were ordered not to. Sadly, I understand what it’s like to receive inept—unethical— but not illegal, orders from pathetic “superiors.”
AG Pam Bondi and her DOJ should immediately investigate, arrest, and charge the perpetrators of the alleged criminal assaults, rioting, property destruction, and federal civil rights violations, against Brandon Tatum and TPUSA.
